What is possible is to create the illusion of being powerless. We create this illusion by disowning our power. We disown our power by pushing all the power we are afraid to own into our subconscious mind. From there, around 95% of our daily choices are made. We call the make-up of our subconscious mind conditioning.
Because the subconscious mind, our conditioning, contains our disowned power, it acts as an unconscious force that creates a life we seemingly don't want. This is how we develop the concept that things happen to us and that we are powerless in the face of outside circumstances.

My name is Siobhán.
My LIfe's Work: All my secrets on how I shifted Power sustainably and with pleasure are packed inside this course!

I know what it's like to feel powerless, overwhelmed and utterly defeated. To feel alienated in your life, as if your life were dictated by forces outside of your control. And Oh, I know the pain of not loving yourself, of thinking there is something so deeply wrong with you that you simply don't deserve to be loved, to be treated well and to receive in abundance.
Since I was a child, fuelled by my own experiences of powerlessness, I've been studying the mind through the lens of power. Through my professional and spiritual work I uncovered fundamental principles of how our minds work and how to work with it, rather than against it, not just to build the life we love, but to fully enjoy the Now, as it is.
